Teresa Barnabei
 

As a published author, school owner and national trainer, Theresa Barnabei has over 35,000 hours of live presentations. She is recognized as one of the most inspirational speakers in her field, focused on getting students to take action that will make a difference in their own lives. Her passion for real estate has afforded her the opportunity to be a presenter on behalf of NAR, REEA, and for associations and brokers throughout the country, including 4 years as a Keller Williams BOLD Coach. She currently serves on the REEA Board of Directors, is the subject matter expert in Arizona for The CE Shop, is a contracted writer for Kaplan University/Dearborn Real Estate Education, and authored and hosts the Designated Real Estate Consultant designation course. Her bestseller book, “Multiply Your Business”, presents 10 new marketing realities for the real estate industry. It is bursting with ideas for a new era of lead generation! Theresa is also the 2017-2018 REEA Secretary.

     
     

Chris Burell
 

With a proven track record of success to his credit, Christopher Burell knows exactly what is required to drive organizational performance and effectiveness.

Chris currently serves as the Managing Broker and Chief Motivation Officer of Ansley Atlanta Real Estate. In his role he manages 100 licensees and a support staff of 19. Since taking over as Managing Broker he has successfully grown the new company by 38% increase in sales associates and doubled sales volume in 10 months.

In addition, Chris is a member of the Association for Talent andD and the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. As part of his affiliation with The Atlanta REALTORS® Association, Chris leverages his expertise in his contributions as a Director of the Board of ARA and as a Member the Board of Governors for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. He has chaired the Education Technology Sub-Committee of the Professional Development Committee of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and served as a voting Member to the Instructor Development Committee. He has also chaired the Professional Development Committee for the Atlanta REALTORS®.

On top of his professional achievements, Chris is extremely active in the non-profit community. He founded and served on the Board of The Exceptional Outreach Organization; serves as the Co-Chair of the Armand Park Fund, was Area Director for the Special Olympics of Lee County (Alabama), co-chaired the AAPF of the Community Foundation. 

     
     

Monica Gilroy

  Monica K. Gilroy, a founding principal of The Gilroy Firm, is the firm managing partner and has over 24 years of experience practicing law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Ms. Gilroy leads the Litigation Department as the focus of her national litigation practice includes all aspects of real estate litigation, including foreclosure and title disputes, broker and agent liability defense, mortgage fraud-related litigation and civil and commercial contract disputes. She also leads the Default Department providing national foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation and eviction services. She regularly assists closing attorneys, real estate agents, property managers, title companies and brokers when title or other contract issues arise.

A long-standing member of the State Bar of Georgia, Ms. Gilroy also enjoys membership with the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Georgia Women’s Lawyers Association, Georgia Mortgage Bankers Association and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Ms. Gilroy is a past chair of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the largest section of the State Bar. For the past two years, she has been named one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Georgia. She speaks and teaches on a regular basis at the state and national level to attorneys, real estate professionals, property managers, and real-estate brokers and agents on litigation and real estate related topics. G. William James

  G. William James is one of the leading training professionals for handheld computing and mobile technology in the United States for retail, medicine, sales, business and real estate. A sales trainer and seminar presenter since 1986, thousands have heard his enthusiastic yet real-life approach to time management and sales excellence. James was an early user of PDAs, is devoted to handheld computing and has built his career on the technology. In 2003 he began teaching smartphones as well, and today teaches all platforms and devices on the Android,
Apple iPad and iPhone, Blackberry, and Windows Mobile operating systems.

Among REALTORS®, James is internationally recognized for teaching the smartphone and tablet technology as the ultimate REALTOR® tools. His workshops emphasize the ease-of-use and intrinsic value of the smartphone for the sales, consulting and managing professional. He is a contributor to Realty Times, Illinois REALTOR®. Michigan REALTOR®, New Jersey REALTOR®, and Texas REALTOR® Magazines on PDAs, smartphones and mobile technology.

His lists of clients include Medtronic, Primerica, General Electric and Kaiser Permanente. He presented to the numerous conventions, including the Keller Williams Real Estate Family Reunion, RE/Max of Texas Convention and the state REALTORS® conventions of Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. He has presented to the National Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo on multiple occasions, and is a highly popular presenter at the association level and real estate technology forums.

James is trained and certified by GE Supra as an expert on the eKey system. He is also versed in the SentriLock Keybox System. Mr. James was featured in Black Enterprise Magazine as “Master Of The PDA.” James is also a frequent guest speaker at luncheons and association functions for many Industries, all of which are constantly striving to remain on the leading edge of handheld technology. He has represented for Palm, GE Supra, MarketSource, Inc., and others as a platform speaker and booth personality at conventions and technology events. His company, Handheld Computer Solutions, conducts specialized training seminars for companies and real estate organizations throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Canada.
     
     

Bruce Moyer, DREI

Bruce Moyer, DREI, is a native of Gettysburg, PA, Bruce is a graduate of Baptist College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina where he obtained his Educational Specialists Degree (Masters +30). Following ten years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bruce entered the real estate industry in appraisals and then residential real estate sales with his own company in Charlotte. Bruce is an active member of the (National and State) Real Estate Educators Associations and has been teaching real estate courses for eight years and holds the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation. Bruce is also the 2017-2018 REEA President Elect.

     
     

Judge Parker
  Judge Parker earned his real estate license in 1998 and broker license in 2001. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved annual sales high enough to place him in the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resale’s, luxury homes and commercial resale’s. As a managing broker, Judge is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, managing and expanding his team of sales associates and ongoing training. Actively involved in his profession, his volunteer activities have included serving on many committees at the local and state level of the REALTORS® association. Judge was the 2017 GAR Forms Committee Chair overseeing the changes in the forms to create the 2018 GAR Contracts. In addition, Judge is a GAR Leadership Academy graduate. Judge’s professional memberships include the Georgia Real Estate Education Association.
