Serena Henry

SERENA HENRY has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has been a managing broker, and, before that, she was an Associate Broker, who continuously produced top results.

Beyond the closing table, Ms. Henry was, and continues to be, deeply immersed in the legislative aspect of real estate. She is an active of member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA), Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) and Georgia REALTORS® (GAR). The ARA® presented her with the Five Star Circle of Excellence Award in 2010 and the Captain of Industry Award in 2015. Ms. Henry became President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®-Atlanta in 2011. Women's Council of REALTORS® is a nearly 80-year-old national organization that empowers women to become leaders in the real estate community.) WCR®-Atlanta's membership doubled during her term. In recognition of her many accomplishments, the Chapter received the 2011 WCR®-State of Georgia Membership Retention Award and the 2011 National Women's Council of REALTORS® Gold Award, the highest honor bestowed upon an individual Chapter for its leadership and governance.

Ms. Henry has served as GAR's Alternate Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman John Lewis; has been a member of the Professional Development Committee which serves the State of Georgia; is a Real Estate Instructor; and has served as a Director of the Georgia Real Estate Educator's Association. Government involvement is not new to her. While she was Chief of Staff for Atlanta City Council, Post 1 At-Large, she worked diligently to support all Council member constituent initiatives.

Joe Kennedy
  JOE KENNEDY, ASR, ABR, C-CREC, CBR, has been involved in real estate education since 1977. During his real estate career, he has served as director of several of Georgia's prominent real estate education providers. Joe is a Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, as well as the Region 5 Past President of the National Real Estate Educators Association. He remains active in both his real estate practice and in education and firmly believes, "One must be active in the industry to become not only an effective educator, but an effective mentor." Joe holds numerous professional designations and is the founder of the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.

"JMan" Maneiro
  JEREMIAS "JMAN" MANEIRO is a tech-savvy millennial who speaks from the heart and specializes in helping everyone improve their techxpertise regardless of skill level or generation. Audiences across the nation love the enthusiasm, energy, and humor he brings to every presentation. “JMan” has been engaging audiences since 2002 with his ability to power learning through anecdotes from his life as a real estate practitioner. His perspective is fresh, his delivery is authentic, and his content is fluff free. JMan is ready to help you overcome your fears and start crushing your goals now.
His speaking career really began in 1987 when he was the ring announcer for his elementary school circus. 
Sharon Miller
  SHARON MILLER is from Gainesville, Florida (Home of the Gators) and she’s a graduate of St. Leo University. She has been a REALTOR® since 1998. Sharon was a full-time soldier in the US Army retiring as an E-7 Sergeant First Class, where she was a logistician/supply SGT while on active duty. Sharon was past Chairman of Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, By Laws, Rules and Regulations Committee, Education Committee, Global Alliance, C/E Training, and the Savannah Board of REALTORS® Institute. Sharon was also the 2009 President of the Savannah Multi-List Corporation. Sharon is currently an agent with ERA Southeast Coastal Real Estate. Sharon instructs a Pre-License Course, Brokers Pre-License, 25-hour Post-License and Continuing Education courses. Sharon received the “Rising Star” Award from the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association in 2007. She is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society and has two children. In addition, Sharon’s designations and certifications include ABR, RLI, and At Home with Diversity. 

Maura Neill

MAURA NEILL, ABR, CRS, CDPE, e-PRO, MRP, MA, REALTOR® is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of Florida State University (BA, BME, MA — go ‘Noles!), Maura is also a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura previously taught at The Florida State University, University of Phoenix, and Gwinnett County Public Schools (in the Metro Atlanta area). She is an active agent with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education – both clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®.

In 2015, Maura was awarded the Atlanta Board's REALTOR® of the Year award, chosen out of almost 7,000 REALTORS® for the Board’s highest honor based on REALTOR® spirit, civic activity and involvement, and business accomplishment. In 2014, she was awarded the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® President’s Award and the Georgia Certified Residential Specialists’ (CRS) Member of the Year. Her biggest accomplishment, however, is her commitment to giving back to the communities in which she and her team work — giving a portion of every closing commission back to local and national charities on behalf of her clients.

Maura is also the founder of Trick or Treat for the Troops, which is now in its tenth year and sends dozens of care packages to U.S. Servicemen and -women who are deployed and away from their families during the holiday season. A lover of all things Atlanta, Maura lives in Johns Creek, Georgia, with her husband Ben, their Beagles Charlie, Maddy, Jarvis and Bebe, and one cat who wishes to remain anonymous.

Judge Parker
  JUDGE PARKER earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 1998 Broker license in 2001 and Instructors License in 2010. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved annual sales high enough to place him in the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first-time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resale, luxury homes, commercial resale and commercial property management. He is an approved Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education Instructor and has served as President of Metro South Association of REALTORS® and severed as 2017 GAR Forms Committee Chairmen. He was recently awarded a grant from the Research and Recovery Fund through the Georgia Real Estate Commission to teach the Broker Responsibilities and Managing a Georgia Real Estate Trust Account. Judge has spent countless hours training/instructing thousands of real estate professionals locally and around the State.
